Brendan Whitsitt
President
Brendan founded Imprint Development in 2023, drawing on deep expertise in rental design, construction, finance, and operations.
He began his career in architecture, working in China, the Middle East, and Washington, DC before transitioning to real estate development. Over his career, Brendan has led the full-cycle development of more than 1,200 rental units and 250,000 sq. ft. of commercial space across North America, and as a development executive has managed teams delivering thousands more.
He has partnered with investment banks, pension funds, and private investors to bring projects from ideation to stabilization.
